Michael was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

We had an amazing stay at this house. It was very spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was excellent , always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we were safe and comfortable. Their communication and care really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay and would happily book again.

The pictures do not do this space justice! The home is stunning, clearly so cared for and attended to—it’s better decorated than my own home! It’s extremely spacious, thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed, and clean as a whistle. So often older homes, and Airbnbs especially, can feel a little grimy or run down, but that was very much not the case here—instead of finding dust bunnies in corners we found beautifully shelf-scaped book nooks. All of the details were on point, from USB ports all over the house to soft toilet paper, and the location made a perfect base for a multifamily trip to explore Atlanta.

This place was as described. It is very private, cozy, a much bigger space than I had anticipated, and has the amenities of home. The instructions in the app were clear and includes pics on the location of the entrance into the place. The host was responsive, accommodating, and wants the guest to feel welcome and right at home. I highly recommend this place and would book here again!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Even though it was a basement apartment, it did not feel like that at all. In my state, we call that a “daylight basement “. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well-stocked. The bathroom, living room and bedroom were spacious and nicely furnished. I could easily walk to my son’s home, to the Beltline, and to the big shopping center a long block away. Michael was an excellent host-very responsive. I would stay again.

I was in town for a trade show at GWCC and enjoyed a wonderful last minute stay after my reservation at another place was canceled last minute. The owner accommodated me very quickly. The communication was on point, very detailed, always available. The place itself is exactly as advertised and looks just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and it felt like I was home. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a stay near downtown.

The home was phenomenal for our family and fit our needs, we were able to enjoy each other as well as have personal space which is needed traveling with teenagers. The home was very clean and easy to enter. Michael was great, although there wasn’t much we needed Michael response time is pretty quick. Loved the home and if I’m in the area again I would choose this home again.

We decided to travel to Atlanta on a whim a few days before we left. This property was available and at a comparable cost to hotels in the area. Since we have a toddler whose bedtime is 7:30 pm, a one-bedroom property trumped a shared hotel room. This location was perfect for active toddlers (not a lot of stuff for them to get into). The host had great automatic messages that were sent out at appropriate times. The check-in instructions were very detailed. This was a fabulous location for the activities we did (Atlanta Zoo, Candler Park, and Puppetry Museum). I would absolutely book this location again if given the choice.

My kids and I stayed while we enjoyed Atlanta for a weekend and absolutely felt right at home in this house! The yard was well kept and enjoyable outside and inside it was very open and spacious and clean with modern and tasteful decor in each room. Everyone had everything they needed to enjoy time in the kitchen and an open kitchen living space made for a great movie night with snacks! Only a short drive and all highway to Atlanta and grocery store is right down the road. Definitely would stay again!
