City of Atlanta Short Term Rental Operating License Rules 1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. 2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom. 3. __0__parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city. 5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 6. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $300 smoking fee 7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 8. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds to avoid staining the linens. 9. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation. 10. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti. 11. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

A great location in the city and plenty of free street parking. Felt right at home here with a full kitchen, spacious, and comfy bed and soft linens. The water gets hot quickly so you don't have to wait. No frills type of place either, an older home and a typical layout as expected for a basement. The internet was speedy and the old school Nintendo was nice to have to fulfill my inner 90's kid gaming itch. The walkability or scooter needs is great. I will definitely book again!
