City of Atlanta Short Term Rental Operating License Rules 1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. 2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom. 3. __0__parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city. 5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 6. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $300 smoking fee 7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 8. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds to avoid staining the linens. 9. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation. 10. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti. 11. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

Great little rental conveniently located in east Atlanta. Multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. Clean space and super comfy bed! Loved the space and enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend!!

We rented this Airbnb while my brother was doing daily pulmonary rehab at Emory Hospital nearby and we live too far away to drive back and forth every day. We could not have picked a better location with better hosts! We had no issues, but if we had a question here and there, we received immediate and friendly responses from both host and owner. It was exactly as described, extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! We aren't from the city and at first, we were a little nervous. But to our surprise, this location is in a very quiet neighborhood, despite being close to a main road through town, and the neighbors were friendly. There are restaurants, coffee shops and a huge shopping complex located a stone's throw away with everything you could possibly need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Clean, easily accessible, close to everything we needed, and exactly as described. Michael was great at communicating. You can hear folks upstairs at times but most apartments and hotels are the same. It was a great last minute spot with pretty affordable rates.

Michael’s place was perfectly situated in the city and was close to everywhere I wanted to go, yet the space itself was peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of great places in walking distance or a short drive. The apartment itself is immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything you’d need and even some surprises like a white noise machine (huge plus). 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Staying at michael’s place was a dream honestly! Clean, spacious, quiet, overall incredibly comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is adorable and has everything you need : restaurants, parks, shops, grocery store, etc.; all while being very peaceful. Would DEFINITELY recommend this to a couple traveling to ATL or if you’re going solo like myself. Amazing stay!
