Our home is perfect for large groups looking for lots of space. The home includes 6 beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The home features a great living room area with lots of style, technology, and comfort for your stay in Atlanta. We are located on a quiet, tree-filled street 10-15 minutes from downtown and 15-20 minutes from the airport. We have a 55-inch smart tv with Roku in the living room and we have smart TVs in 3 of the bedrooms. All of the TVs are signed in to Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. You are welcome to download other apps and use your own credentials to sign in.

House Rules

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM. 7. Please take off shoes when in the house. 8. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used at the home. 9. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and may require an additional fee 10. Please do not use our address for shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first. 12. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 13. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 14. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

Neighborhood

Our Neighborhood is located on a quiet street with lots of tall trees and big front and back yards. There are lots of families who live on our street and our neighbors beside us and in front of us are super friendly. Our home is located minutes away from major grocery stores, great restaurants, and lots of the other standard retail stores that come with living in a big city. I-285 is less than a mile away so that makes it easy to get everywhere else you might want to visit while you are in Atlanta.

Perfect location! Close to the freeway and restaurants. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a big backyard, designated smoking area, and large kitchen. The alarm system gave us peace of mind whenever we left. Overall, an incredible stay — we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Michael's place for a total 4 days. The location was perfect with its proximity to stores for groceries and various restaurants. We attended a concert at the Mercedes-Benz stadium and and it was less than 10 minutes away from the nearest Marta station. Michael was available when needed for any questions. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 10.

Find us

There is a large driveway that fits 2-3 cars and also plenty of free street parking. Downtown Atlanta is only a 15-20 min drive and Uber and Lyft are also great alternatives to driving as well.
