Our home is perfect for large groups looking for lots of space. The home includes 6 beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The home features a great living room area with lots of style, technology, and comfort for your stay in Atlanta. We are located on a quiet, tree-filled street 10-15 minutes from downtown and 15-20 minutes from the airport. We have a 55-inch smart tv with Roku in the living room and we have smart TVs in 3 of the bedrooms. You are welcome to download other apps and use your own credentials to sign in.

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM. 7. Please take off shoes when in the house. 8. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used at the home. 9. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and may require an additional fee 10. Please do not use our address for shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first. 12. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 13. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 14. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

Getting here and exploring is convenient: From Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport, a rideshare or taxi will bring you directly to the door in roughly 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic). If you’re driving, there is on-street parking available and we’ll provide full instructions for easy access. For public transit, the nearby station on the MARTA rail line places you within about 10-15 minutes of both midtown and downtown—perfect for sightseeing without needing a car. Rideshares and scooters are also plentiful in the area, making it easy to hop around the city for brunch, a museum or a night out. If you plan to use the home as a base and just drive in/out for adventure, the location allows you to access major roads without being caught in the busiest traffic zones.
