1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 5. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 6. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 7. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges us $100 if they have to clean glitter of confetti.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfy, and just like the pictures. The host was super friendly and really helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. I felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend staying here!

Accessibility was my main concern when booking, so I’m writing this review to help others with the same need. The house was great. While there are 4 steps at the front, you can enter through the garage with just a small step. Inside, all doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair, and the furniture is arranged so there’s room to move around comfortably. The outside porch and deck are also wheelchair accessible, which was a huge plus. The bathroom isn’t fully wheelchair accessible, but it was still manageable and doable depending on your needs. Overall, the home was welcoming, spacious, and mostly accessible in ways that really made a difference. For travelers with mobility challenges, this property is a strong option In regard to other things to note property overall great exactly as described with a very flexible owner.
