This entirely renovated 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house is perfect for groups and families! Featuring two living rooms, a kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs, granite countertops, and brand new furniture — your group will have plenty of space and comfort! Every room has been updated, from fixtures to furniture. Located in the exciting Kirkwood neighborhood, nestled between East Atlanta and Candler Park. You will have quick access to the highway, and a 10-min drive to Downtown

Good to know

This large house features 6 bedrooms (upstairs: 1 king + 2 queens; downstairs: 3 queens). Additionally, you’ll find 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms downstairs. We have added picnic tables outside, and off-street parking that can accommodate 4 cars. This location can’t be beat! Quick access to I-20 gets you anywhere in Atlanta within minutes, and there’s even a grocery store right across the street! It is a short 12-min walk or 3-min drive to downtown Kirkwood featuring restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. Edgewood shopping center is less than 5 mins drive, where you'll find Target, Kroger, Lowe’s, and even more shops and restaurants! - 9 mins to Mercedes Benz Stadium - 12 mins to GA World Congress Center - 8 mins to Zoo Atlanta - 9 mins to GA Aquarium (Times are without traffic, but Atlanta gets busy on weekends, so give yourself plenty of time!)

Our home is conveniently located on Memorial Drive, a major road that provides easy access to Atlanta's top attractions. Due to its central location, you may occasionally experience traffic noise, particularly during peak hours.

House Rules

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host you. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 6. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti. 7. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home is 6. Please send us a message if your group will have more than 6 vehicles. 8. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25. 9. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 10. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 11. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

A 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive takes you to downtown Kirkwood, where you’ll find great restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. Less than 2 miles away, you can visit the Madison Yards development, anchored by a brand-new AMC theater and Publix. For those interested in exploring the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, the closest access point near Muchacho is also less than 2 miles away. Atlanta’s newest music venue, The Eastern, is just 2 miles from our home, offering exciting entertainment options. If you're looking to explore further, the eclectic Downtown Decatur is only 3 miles away, featuring fantastic shopping and dining. For golfers, the famous East Lake Golf Course is just 1.5 miles from the house. Even though our home is in the heart of Atlanta, you can still enjoy the city’s urban forest by hiking the trails at the Kirkwood Urban Forest, located just a couple of blocks from the house.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Both levels of the house have their own separate entrances, making it convenient for guests with limited mobility. There is also an interior staircase, allowing guests to easily move between the two levels without going outside. Each level includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen (or kitchenette), a dedicated dining space, and 2 full bathrooms. The backyard features a large off-street parking area that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, providing ample space for your group.

Find us

Since our home is centrally located, Uber and Lyft rides are quick and affordable, making it easy to get around Atlanta if you don't have a car. We are about 15-20 minutes from the airport, so your travel to and from the city is convenient. The closest MARTA train station is King Memorial Station, located about 1.5 miles west of the house. It’s on the Blue and Green Lines, providing easy access to other parts of Atlanta.
