Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. 2. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city. 5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 6. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $300 smoking fee 7. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and there is an additional fee. Late Checkouts must also be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 8. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds to avoid staining the linens. 9. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 10. Please do not use our address for commercial shipments. If you need something shipped to our address, please ask permission first. 11. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation. 12. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti. 13. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

You will be able to access the entire private basement unit of our home (Our family lives on the main two floors). The basement unit has its own private entrance and includes an open concept living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with brand new appliances, bedroom, and bathroom.
