Our beautiful 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is very roomy (4900 Square Feet!) and great for big families and large, responsible groups of friends. The main 2 levels of the home include 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a very spacious dining room and kitchen. The basement level of the home includes 1 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, a game room with with a pool table and wet bar. Fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining area is perfect for some of Atlanta's amazing home cooks.

Our home is a spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom sanctuary—nearly 5,000 square feet of living space—perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants more room to breathe. Completely renovated in spring 2023, it blends modern comfort with thoughtful design. Tucked into a peaceful neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, it gives you easy access to the city while feeling like a calm retreat. As you step in, the main two levels host four comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, along with a large dining room and an open kitchen built for making meals together. The basement expands the living space further: it includes a sixth bedroom and a full bathroom, and the heart of the lower level is a game room complete with a pool table and a wet bar—ideal for friendly competition, casual evenings, or simply lounging with drinks and conversation. Each of the six bedrooms is outfitted with a plush bed and its own 55-inch 4K smart TV, so everyone can unwind with a show or movie after a busy day. The master suite feels like its own mini getaway: cathedral vaulted ceilings, a huge walk-in shower, and a generous soaking tub let you soak away the day in comfort. The home’s living room centers around a 75-inch TV, inviting movie nights or big-screen gatherings. One of the highlights is our outdoor entertainment space. Step onto the back deck to find seating for relaxing or dining outside. A 55-inch 4K TV is mounted for outdoor movie or game viewing under the sky, making it an excellent spot for al fresco evenings. An additional patio ensures there’s room to stretch out, enjoy the air, or sip your morning coffee in the shade. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything home cooks might need—pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, and space to prepare group meals. The dining room seats eight comfortably, and the overall layout supports socializing without cramping movement. Whether your group wants to come together or spread out, there are places to gather and places to retreat. When you stay here, you get full access to the house: all six bedrooms, all 3.5 bathrooms, both living levels plus the basement game room, and all outdoor areas. 1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host you. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 6. Quiet Hours start at 10 PM. 7. Please do not park in grass. Dekalb will issue a citation if they see vehicles parked on the lawn. 8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti. 9. Please do not put food or drinks on the pool table 10. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home is 6. Please send us a message if your group will have more than 6 vehicles. 11. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25. 12. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 13. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 14. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The location was perfect for exploring Atlanta, and the space felt both comfortable and stylish, a true home away from home. What really made the experience stand out was the host. The house was amazingly beautiful and very spacious. The house had all the amenities you would need. Micheal was a great host. The house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood.
