Even though our home is on a quiet and tree filled neighborhood, we are only 8 miles from downtown and 4.7 miles from the airport.

Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while being just 8 miles from downtown Atlanta and less than 5 miles from the airport. It’s the perfect setting for families and groups who want easy access to the city without the hustle and bustle. Inside, the open living and dining area provides plenty of space to relax and gather. The living room features ample seating, a 55-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking at home simple, with cookware, spices, oils, and coffee provided—everything you need to enjoy meals together around the dining table. Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort and includes its own Smart TV, so every guest can unwind with their favorite shows. Guests can sign in with their own streaming accounts, making it easy to enjoy personalized entertainment in every room. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the primary suite offers a spacious king bed. The updated bathroom is stocked with fresh linens and towels for your stay. Entertainment continues with a dedicated game room featuring a foosball table. With multiple HD Smart TVs throughout the home, everyone can find something to watch or play during downtime. Need more space? Ask about booking the optional locked-off basement unit. This private suite includes another bedroom, full bathroom, its own game room with foosball, and a washer and dryer—ideal for larger families or groups traveling together. Guests have access to the entire main home. The basement suite can be reserved for an additional fee. House Rules

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM. 7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 8. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used in the home. 9. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 10. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
