1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 5. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 6. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 7. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges us $100 if they have to clean glitter of confetti. 9. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

Michael’s house very warming and made us feel like we were at right at home he responded in a timely manner the only thing is he needs more mirrors it was 4 ladies in the house and we likes to see our self after getting dressed and doing ours hair but other than that definitely will be booking again planning another trip soon 😊

Michael’s house was very comfortable and clean. The tiny house was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. Michael was very attentive and had very clear directions. The neighborhood is very peaceful as well.
