1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host you. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 6. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti. 7. Please do not put food or drinks on the pool table or the ping pong table 8. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home is 6. Please send us a message if your group will have more than 6 vehicles. 9. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25. 10. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 11. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

Guests will have access to the main level and upper level of the home, which includes all four bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, backyard, and porch. Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests as it is used by our cleaning and maintenance team for supplies and property storage. Need more room for your group? The lower level of the home can also be booked through our separate 6-bedroom listing. The basement level includes: • 2 additional bedrooms • 4 queen beds • An additional full bathroom • Game room with arcade, pool table, and ping pong table This space is perfect for larger groups needing extra sleeping arrangements and entertainment space. If your group needs more space, please inquire about availability for the full 6-bedroom property, which includes both levels of the home. Please note: The basement level is not included with this 4-bedroom reservation and is only accessible when booked as part of the full property listing.
