Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 6. Please do not use adhesives or tape to attach decorations to wall or use glitter or confetti. Our cleaning team will charge an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti. 12. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 13. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

You will have access to the entire home except for the storage sheds in the back yard and the unfinished basement.
