Our newly renovated home is perfect for groups and families looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Atlanta. Our home features a spacious living room, a game room with a foosball table, 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms. This expertly designed space features lots of style, technology, and comfort that make our home unique. Even though our home is on a quiet and tree filled neighborhood, we are only 8 miles from downtown and 4.7 miles from the airport.

Good to know

The front door opens into a roomy living/dining area which will become the main hang-out area during your stay. The living room has lots of seating and a 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 8. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the home. 3 of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the master bedroom has a king bed The downstairs has a game room with a foosball table, guitar, and board games.

***Please note we have a recreational smoking detection device located in the home that sends us a notification if the device detects recreational smoking INSIDE the house and or if the device is tampered with. We do this to ensure that are homes remain smoke-free for all our guests.

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used at the home. 7. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 8. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 9. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

This place was truly the best very clean we were able to cook and save on eating out. It is in the best location to everything and very very peaceful the just was very nice and gave alot of proactive advice and information for checking I. And out. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again it was the best birthday trip I could have dreamed of thank you so so much. If I could give a million stars I would. Definitely recommend this place.
