Good to know

No expense was spared when renovating and designing our 1850 sqft turn-of-the- century home. During the renovation, we were able to save and restore the 100+ year old oak floors on both levels of the home. Both bathrooms upstairs feature two sinks and the master bathroom features an incredibly spacious shower with skylight. The large and spacious windows throughout the home provide incredible natural lighting during the day. Our home also features the latest technology including a nest thermostat located on each floor, smart speakers in each room, hi-speed internet, smart tv with Roku, 100s of classic Nintendo video games, and a gas fireplace controlled by remote. When designing the interior of the home, we consciously selected art and decor from local artists and small businesses to create a truly unique space that allows our guest to experience Atlanta through our eyes..

City of Atlanta Short Term Rental Operating License Rules 1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Quiet hours start at 9 PM. 2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom. 3. __0__parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. 4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city. 5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 6. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation. 7. Events, weddings, parties, commercial video, and photography are prohibited unless approved prior to check in. If you have any questions, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 8.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your smoking related trash. 9. No glitter or confetti Our cleaning team will charge an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti. 10. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 11. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

Guests will have private access to one-half of this historical duplex. I live in the other half of the duplex (Apartment B) with my family. This home is 100 percent private and the latest sound proofing technology was utilized when we completed our renovation.

We (Family, 2 kids) had a great stay! Walked to Grant park and Zoo Atlanta, Ria's Bluebird for brunch, Little Tart for morning treats and coffee. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, showers were great. Master balcony was awesome to sit out on and work while enjoying a cool morning and a cup of coffee. Michael was always responsive when I reached out for anything. Thanks for a great stay!

So glad we chose this place for our team work trip. Spacious, with great areas to spend together time and to retreat to our rooms. Love the porches! Also nice to have restaurant choices within walking distance. I hope it is available next time I have a reason to visit Atlanta.

Beautiful historic home! All the comforts and small touches with lots of space. Walkable to several bars and restaurants as well as coffee and a cute little market. The only caveat is the streets are very narrow and parking is tight. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
