Our home is located on a quiet street but because we are so close to 285 you can get anywhere in Atlanta super fast

This home has 4 well designed bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses. There is also a big backyard and a large covered porch. Main Floor: The front door opens into a roomy living area that has lots of seating and a 55 inch smart TV. The dining room and kitchen are also on this level of the home. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 12. Bed Summary: Our home includes 4 queen beds Outdoor Space: The patio on the back of the house has lots of seating and is covered. We suggest enjoying a meal or beverage outside since the weather in Atlanta is nice most of the year. Parking: There is a driveway with 3-4parking spots. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking. Our home features a total of 2 HD Smart TVs.

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited. 4. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels 5. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 6. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation. 7. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid. 8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges us $100 if they have to clean glitter of confetti. 9. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire home including the laundry room, driveway, and the large yard. There is also a tiny house that is located in the back yard that is also available for rent. This unit is completely separate from the main unit. Please let us know if you would like to also rent out this space if you need more room or desire more privacy. We give a nice discount for renting both the main unit and tiny house.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The pictures don't do this home justice. It is very spacious and our family had plenty of room to enjoy each other and have private time when needed. Everything was neat and clean. It was conveniently located for everything we needed to do in ATL, including attending my grandson graduation and shopping. As a chef, the kitchen is very important. I was able to prepare meals for my family without buying any equipment. Michael as a host was very gracious and prompt. When I return to ATL I will definitely book here again and I highly recommend you do too.

MARTA rail and rideshare make getting around easy. Downtown Atlanta and the airport are both accessible in about 20–30 minutes by train or car. For exploring local spots, Uber/Lyft are quick and convenient, and most major attractions are just a short drive away.
