The huge kitchen, dining room, front porch and back porch are perfect for large groups and families.

Good to know

The star of this home is the large dining room and kitchen. The home features two side by side professional grade ovens, a wet bar, formal dining room for 8, bar seating for 6, and breakfast table that seats 4. The upstairs features 3 very large bathrooms with gigantic closets in each room. Master features a huge tub. Large front porch on front and back of house is great for hanging and out and enjoying the neighborhood. Main Floor: The front door opens into an open concept living/kitchen/dining area which will be the main hang-out area during your stay. The living room has lots of seating and a 55 inch smart TV. The living room also features a large vinyl collection and a record player. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 16. The dining room has seating for 16, the kitchen dining room table has seating for 4, and the kitchen bar has seating for 2. The main level of the home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms located in the home. 2 of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds. All but two of the bedrooms feature a smart TV. Outdoor Space: Porches on the front and back of the house with lots of seating. We suggest enjoying a meal or beverage outside since the weather in Atlanta is pretty nice most of the year. Parking: There is a driveway with 6 parking spots that you may use at all times. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking.

House Rules

1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. Guests must provide a copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host 24 hours after booking so we can confirm your identify and finalize your reservation. 7. Our cleaning team charge a $350 biohazard fee if they have to clean up any bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces) 8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti. 9. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations for between $20 and $25.

Our insurance company does not allow us to let guests use the indoor or outdoor fireplace. ***This listing is for the main unit of the home. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space in a fantastic area. If you need to be near Emory, Micheal’s property is ideal. The house is clean and met all of our needs. I look forward to staying here again.

We found Michael’s home after checking into another rental that was not at all up to standard to stay in. It was incredibly dirty and within 10 minutes of being there, I cancelled and was searching for another home nearby. I found Michael’s home and he quickly responded saying they would be happy to host us. From the start of our stay to the end, Michael went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated. The home was beautiful, looking just like the pictures. It was clean, very functional with everything you need to stay a few days, and huge - plenty of room for all our guests. Perfect distance to the city and close to shops/restaurants nearby. We greatly enjoyed our time in the home and would definitely go back again.

Great house with tons of space. Incredible location. My family of 5 felt right at home and everyone had plenty of room. House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this home and the host was awesome. 5 stars

Atlanta is a city best explored with a car due to how spread out the attractions are — and this location makes it easy. Guests are just minutes from I-285, I-20, and US-78, giving you seamless access to Midtown, Buckhead, Old Fourth Ward, the BeltLine, and Atlanta’s favorite cultural spots. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient.
