About

Our newest home is perfect for large groups and families looking for lots of space to spread out. Our home features a giant open concept kitchen with brand new everything. We have a large 8 person dining room table, 4 person kitchen dining table, and counter seating for serving large meals.

Good to know

The front door opens into a roomy living/kitchen/dining area which will become the main hang-out area. The living room has lots of seating and a 55 inch smart TV with Roku. The kitchen includes lots of cooking gear and a nice array of spices & oil. A coffee maker, filters, and coffee are provided. The living room has a large vinyl collection and a record player. There are enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 6. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the home. Outdoor Space: The patio on the back of the house has two picnic tables with lots of seating and string lights to use at night. We suggest enjoying a meal or beverage outside since the weather in Atlanta is pretty nice most of the year. Feel free to bring a croquet set or a ball to throw around. Parking: There is a driveway with 6 parking spots that you may use at all times. Additional cars will have no trouble finding free street parking. Our home features a total of 4 HD Smart TVs with Roku signed into Netflix, HBOMax, and Disney+. Guests can also log into their own streaming services via the Roku interface.

Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. 1, Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee 4. If available, early check-ins must be preapproved and are an extra $25. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. 7. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25. 8. Guest must provide a copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 9. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti. 10. Our cleaning team charge a $350 biohazard fee if they have to clean up any bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces) 15. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations or home depot for between $20 and $25.

Find us

You’re in a calm Decatur neighborhood, but close enough to move easily through metro Atlanta. Major highways are just minutes away, making car travel convenient. Because the city is so spread out, we highly recommend renting a car if your plans include visiting multiple neighborhoods, parks, or attractions off the main transit lines — it gives you the freedom to go at your own pace.
