1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund. 2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key. 3.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also strictly prohibited. 4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee. 5. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds. 6. $100 fee if confetti or glitter is used at the home. 7. Guest must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host after booking so we can confirm your identity. 8. $350 Biohazard clean up fee if our cleaning team has to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.

We provide plenty of free, secure parking right in our private driveway for your group’s vehicles. Rideshare (Uber & Lyft): Rideshares are highly active in this area and usually arrive within minutes. It is a quick and affordable way to get to Downtown, the Westside BeltLine, or Lee + White without having to worry about city parking. Public Transit (MARTA): If you prefer to skip the traffic, the Hamilton E. Holmes MARTA Station is just a few minutes away. From there, you can hop on the Blue Line for a direct train ride straight into the heart of Downtown Atlanta (perfect for major events or conferences) or easily connect to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
