Guest Count: For insurance purposes, your reservation must accurately reflect everyone visiting the property. Please approve any additional daytime visitors with us in advance to avoid a $50/person fee or reservation cancellation. 2. Gatherings: Parties, weddings, and events are not allowed. If you're unsure if your plans count as an event, just reach out! Good communication is key. 3. Smoke-Free: To keep the home smelling fresh, smoking and burning incense are strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies to violations. 4. Check-out: Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $350 fee so our cleaning team isn't delayed. If you need a later time, please ask in advance and we will do our best to accommodate! 5. Linens: Please fully remove makeup before using the bath towels and bed linens to prevent permanent stains. 6. Gas Grill: We’d love for you to use the grill! We just ask that you clean it after use. If the propane tank runs empty, simply exchange it at a local gas station ($20-$25), send us the receipt, and we will happily reimburse you. 7. ID Verification: For security, we ask that the booking guest provides a photo of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport in the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking. 8. Deep Cleaning Fees: To keep our cleaners happy, please leave glitter and confetti at home (a $100 extra cleaning fee applies). Please also note that the cleanup of any bodily fluids (blood, vomit, etc.) requires a $350 biohazard fee. 9. Plumbing: Our plumbing is sensitive! Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste. Even wipes labeled "flushable" will cause backups.

My kids and I stayed while we enjoyed Atlanta for a weekend and absolutely felt right at home in this house! The yard was well kept and enjoyable outside and inside it was very open and spacious and clean with modern and tasteful decor in each room. Everyone had everything they needed to enjoy time in the kitchen and an open kitchen living space made for a great movie night with snacks! Only a short drive and all highway to Atlanta and grocery store is right down the road. Definitely would stay again!
